Our Project Manager is aligned within InfusionPoints’ Program Management service line to plan, organize, and coordinate customer projects; direct staff; and manage the contract.

The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for providing overall program and business management consulting services to the customer. This position requires depth and breadth of experience in communications, earned value management, project management, stakeholder management, staff supervision, and training.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be required to:

• Develop and maintain the balanced scorecard evaluation approach, with specific attention to the project monitoring level, during project implementation
• Develop and implement a monitoring and review methodology, incorporating “earned value management” checking adherence to the Project Plan, the proposed budget, and overall schedule.
• Maintaining and monitoring a tracking chart that follows the schedule of activities
• Performing policy and issue analyses for the on various topics as identified by the customer
• Develop appropriate policy documents/memoranda/reports/presentations

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Project Management Professional certification desired
• Track record of supporting technical implementations from a project management approach and planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the team, other contractors, and stakeholders enterprise search
• Exceptional communication skills; must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
• Detail oriented and effective time management and organizational skills
