Role Overview

Lead projects using Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches.

The Project Manager supports InfusionPoints’ Program Management service line by improving collaboration, transparency, adaptability, and delivery performance. Location is North Wilkesboro, NC, or remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

What this role does.

Manage project execution

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using Agile project management approaches.
Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, and action items.
Track budgets, contract requirements, staffing, resources, earned value, and performance metrics.

Support decision-making

Develop reports, dashboards, briefings, policy documents, memoranda, and executive communications.
Support iterative planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
Provide analysis and actionable recommendations on policies, issues, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience that helps.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, military service, and relevant experience.
Experience managing technical, technology-focused, or regulated projects using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Effective communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP or equivalent project/program management experience preferred.
Experience supporting federal, state, or regulated cybersecurity projects preferred.
Understanding of FedRAMP, FedRAMP 20x, and DoW CC SRG is a plus.
